Lead Full Stack Ruby Developer

This is a hybrid role (approximately 60-70% coding, 30-40% management) where you will guide a talented engineering team, improve delivery flow, and contribute directly to the development of new and existing products.

You'll be stepping into a well-established environment built by experienced technical leaders, and your role will be to help the team scale, improve consistency, and increase delivery throughput without compromising quality.

In this role you'll work closely with the CTO on architectural decisions, technical direction, improving the code review lifecycle and reducing bottlenecks and improving workflow.

You'll be managing and mentoring a small team of mid to senior developers, including regular coaching, 1:1's and performance reviews.

Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, SQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Turbolinks, ReactJS, NextJS, API's, AWS - Must have an understanding of the benefits and risks of adopting AI safely and effectively, * Previous experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or Development Manager.
