Key Responsibilities User Enablement & Support:Act as the primary point of contact for PMs and Analysts, providing high-touch support, training, and enablement for BAM's Platform services and infrastructure. Requirements

Kubernetes, Terraform, and more to build, test, deploy, run, and observe. Workflow Automation & Best Practices:Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to automate data workflows, improve knowledge bases, and educate users on data-driven best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration:Connect stakeholders across the firm to identify solutions, champion product enhancements, and share knowledge globally. Incident Management:Deliver high-quality, proactive incident management and service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and continuous improvement of support processes. General Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Math, or related field (or relevant equivalent experience). Strong knowledge in Linux operating systems and Python Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and clear stakeholder communication (both written and verbal). Familiarity with cloud, automation, and/or database concepts (with willingness to broaden skill set across tracks). Preferred/Bonus: Experience in a hedge fund, investment bank, or commodities environment. Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), CTRM/ETRM platforms, or major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
