About the Candidate: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on integration development experience, with substantial MuleSoft expertise. Strong integration design and development skills, including experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components (Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave). Solid understanding of REST principles and their practical application. Familiarity with common integration technologies and patterns such as JMS, message queues, JSON, XML, and XSLT. Working knowledge of API management, security protocols (OAuth 2.0, HTTPS, policies), and CI/CD pipelines. Comfortable working in agile project environments and delivering in client-facing, collaborative settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders. Beneficial skills include experience with additional integration/workflow platforms (Boomi, Workato, Apache Camel, Tibco), prior consulting or client engagement, autonomy in delivering outcomes, cloud-native integration patterns (AWS, Azure, GCP), and a background in Java or similar languages.
