Job description
our managed file transfer (MFT) services and other core services. You will build scripts, pipelines and configuration-as-code under guidance from senior engineers, improve observability and reliability, and contribute to well-documented, repeatable processes. How you'll contribute: Build and maintain automation for operations and customer setup using scripting and configuration-as-code (e.g., Bash, Python, Golang, Powershell). Contribute to configuration management and infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform). Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) for service deployments and runbooks. Create and maintain runbooks and documentation for repeatable BAU activities and onboarding workflows. Enhance monitoring and alerting (Grafana/OTEL/Prometheus) to improve reliability and reduce manual toil. Collaborate with SRE/DevOps engineers and service teams to deliver small, incremental improvements. Follow security and compliance practices, including certificate handling

and secrets management. Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews; propose automation to prevent recurrence. After ramp-up, participate in an on-call rotation with guidance and support. Customers & Operations Demonstrate a strong service mindset and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Meet commitments and SLAs by using automation to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Replace manual, error-prone onboarding steps with automated workflows and templates. What will make you successful: Foundational system administration on Linux and/or Windows Server. Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible/Puppet). Scripting ability in at least one language (Bash, Python, Golang, Powershell). Basic CI/CD concepts and tools in production environments. Understanding of observability fundamentals (metrics, logs, traces) and relevant tools (Grafana/OTEL). Basic networking and platform concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, certificates, virtualization, containers).
