Your Role in the Team As part of the Windows Infrastructure and Workspace team, you will be responsible for the administration and continuous development of our Microsoft and virtualization infrastructure for workplace provisioning. You will work closely with business departments, contribute to global projects, and have the opportunity to proactively introduce your own ideas and improvements. Your Responsibilities Planning, deployment, and operation of modern Windows workplace environments (Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2022) based on a centralized Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure Providing 3rd-level support for complex issues related to workplace provisioning and user environments Configuration and management of end devices as well as software deployment using ACMP, and Ivanti DSM Operation and further development of the thin-client infrastructure based on IGEL OS Automation and standardization of digital workplace processes using PowerShell Your Profile Successfully completed, vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), IT Systems Technician, or a degree in (Business)
Requirements
