Skills & experience Proven experience in leading business transformation initiatives, ideally involving ERP upgrades (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong understanding of UK business operations, regulatory requirements, and change management practices. Experience working in a global programme environment with complex stakeholder landscapes. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams. Key Competencies: Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise process frameworks. Understanding of business change methodologies. Ability to interpret process maps, data flows, and business requirements. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Stakeholder management and relationship building. Problem-solving and decision-making. Proficiency in tools for documentation, collaboration, and reporting (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).
