Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in change management, release governance, and enterprise project delivery and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to scope, schedule, quality, and budget. Work Setup and Interview Process

Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.

Video interview process. Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project or small program outcomes across multiple teams.

Lead release and change management in alignment with Enterprise Change Management standards.

Coordinate routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.

Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to protect scope, schedule, and quality.
-
Provide end-to-end visibility into delivery health, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.

Develop and manage project plans, estimates, and financials, ensuring compliance and documentation currency.

Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues and actions through closure.

Facilitate collaboration across onshore coordinators and offshore teams to meet delivery commitments.
Requirements
-
10+ years of end-to-end project and change management experience.
-
Release and change management expertise with Remedy and ServiceNow.
-
Project management proficiency including planning, execution, and delivery governance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with executive reporting capability.

Effective time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong project financial management experience.

Hands-on experience guiding projects through all phases with required documentation and tracking updates.

Meeting facilitation skills with clear agendas, minutes, and action tracking.

Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Agile tools experience, including Jira. Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree.

Change management process ownership and release governance leadership.

10-15 years of relevant experience in project management, change governance, and release management.

Exposure to Co-pilot tooling or similar productivity platforms.
