Job description

At Clemens Food Group, we're looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator who enjoys being in the action-not behind a desk all day. If you're the kind of person who takes ownership, jumps in when systems go down, and finds satisfaction in keeping operations running, this role offers the pace, variety, and impact you're looking for. About Clemens Food Group For more than 125 years, Clemens Food Group has been guided by a simple principle: do the right thing. As a family-owned, fully integrated food company, we operate across the entire supply chain-from raising livestock to delivering finished products. We combine tradition with innovation to produce quality food and build a culture where people are empowered to grow, contribute, and succeed. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be a critical partner to operations, production, and IT-ensuring systems stay up and running across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and production floor systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in real time
  • Support devices including Cisco IP phones, RF scanners, Kronos time clocks, and mobile devices
  • Build, image, and deploy new equipment while managing inventory and leases
  • Partner with maintenance, trades, and warehouse teams to resolve system issues on-site
  • Assist with conference room tech, POS systems, and plant-floor applications
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training materials
  • Participate in after-hours and on-call support (rotational)

Requirements

You're a self-starter who takes ownership of your environment. You're reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams. You don't wait to be told what to do-you see issues and solve them. What You Bring

  • Experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and system administration
  • Familiarity with O365, networking basics, and device provisioning
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Willingness to be on-site and hands-on daily (this is not a desk-only role)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
