Lam Research is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Data Analytics & AI) is responsible for leading complex, crossfunctional programs that deliver enterprisescale data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This role ensures alignment between business strategy, technology execution, governance, and value realization across multiple interdependent initiatives.
The role sits at the intersection of data platforms, analytics engineering, AI/ML solutions, business stakeholders, and IT delivery teams, with accountability for outcomes, risk, governance, and executive communication., The Senior Program Manager - Data Analytics & AI Technology leads large, crossfunctional programs delivering enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions. This role is accountable for endtoend program delivery, governance, risk management, and business value realization across multiple interdependent initiatives. The role partners closely with business leaders, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML teams, architecture, security, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered at scale and aligned to enterprise strategy., Own program vision, objectives, scope, roadmap, and success metrics for data and AI initiatives Lead execution of complex, multiworkstream programs spanning data platforms, analytics, BI, and AI/ML solutions Manage dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, and resources across multiple projects Establish and enforce program governance, reporting, and decisionmaking frameworks Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable value realization Provide clear, executivelevel communication on program health, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and operating models
Requirements
15+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within IT, data, analytics, or AI environments Proven track record leading largescale, crossfunctional technology programs Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML solution delivery Experience with Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering AIdriven automation, predictive analytics, or generative AI solutions Familiarity with data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification Experience working in global, matrixed organizations The impact you'll make
Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. - Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 -$287,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
