Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain user interface components and skins within the Duck Creek platform.
  • Customize the look and feel of Duck Creek applications to align with corporate branding and user experience standards.
  • Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces using CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and Duck Creek configuration tools.
  • Work within Duck Creek Author to configure page layouts, templates, styles, and UI behaviors.
  • Collaborate with product configuration teams to ensure user interface functionality aligns with policy, billing, and claims requirements.
  • Build and maintain UI components across Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
  • Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure stable and high-quality deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects across development and production environments.
  • Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions in Agile environments.
  • Support deployment, release management, and technical documentation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Duck Creek skins and UI components.
  • Customize application interfaces to meet branding and business requirements.
  • Configure layouts, templates, and styles within Duck Creek Author.
  • Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
  • Optimize frontend performance and user experience.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshoot UI defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Support deployments, releases, and documentation activities.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • Experience with Duck Creek Author platform and UI configuration tools.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Understanding of insurance product configuration workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Should Have:

  • Experience working with Duck Creek Policy, Billing, or Claims modules.
  • Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience supporting deployment and release management activities.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
