Network Engineer (Cisco, Arista, Juniper) II

Support and maintain documentation of computer networks and related tools/platforms. Ensure smooth operations by following defined processes, reporting progress, and documenting issues or exceptions. Provide limited troubleshooting and escalate unresolved problems as needed., * Maintain and update documentation of equipment, configurations, and network processes.

• Perform limited network-based troubleshooting; escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with team members to produce weekly reports on tasks and encountered issues.
• Design, configure, and deploy LAN/WAN connections, hardware, software, and communication services.
• Optimize network and system services; troubleshoot performance issues.
• Monitor and provision network infrastructure in line with company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Technical Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with IP routers, switches, and telephony customer premises equipment.
• Configuration and deployment of Cisco and Juniper routers.
• Implementation of internetworking designs, routing, and communication links.
• Firewall management (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint NG, etc.).
• Service monitoring and performance optimization across LAN/WAN environments.

• 3-5 years of experience with Cisco and Juniper routers.
• Strong knowledge of internetworking designs and routing applications.
• Solid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 internetworking technologies.
• Experience with protocols and firewall platforms (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint NG).
• Extensive experience with Cisco switches and routers.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.
