If you're an HRIS expert who enjoys stepping into high?impact system transitions, this interim HRIS Consultant role is a great opportunity to make an immediate difference. You'll support a well?known, values?driven organization during a critical ATS implementation, partnering with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure a successful go?live. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR technology, configuration, and project leadership., * Lead the transition to a new ATS within Dayforce, supporting all phases through go-live
- Manage system configuration, testing, validation, and issue resolution
- Partner closely with a third?party implementation vendor to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Act as HRIS subject?matter expert for stakeholders throughout the organization
- Support HR Operations initiatives, including evaluation and streamlining of pay policy design across multiple unions
- Partner with leadership to assess potential Dayforce talent module implementations
- Ensure system configuration aligns with compliance requirements and organizational needs
- Document processes, configurations, and recommendations to support knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Proven HRIS Consultant or HRIS Manager experience
- Hands-on Dayforce experience required, including implementation and configuration
- Strong background in HRIS system implementations and transitions
- Project management experience, including third-party vendor coordination
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions
- Strong communication and cross?functional partnership skills
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
- Experience supporting unionized environments or complex pay structures is a plus
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $68-$78, DOE
