Job description
- The Lead UX Designer Consultant will drive user experience strategy and design initiatives by aligning business goals with user needs.
- The role involves conducting research, defining user journeys, and creating intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- The position requires leading design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality product experiences.
- The consultant will also leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows and optimize outcomes based on measurable metrics., * Gather insights through discovery workshops with stakeholders.

- Define personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide product development.
- Collaborate with teams to design user-centered solutions.

Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design projects and processes.
- Experience designing EMR applications in the healthcare domain.
- Experience designing AI or agent-based products.
- Proficiency in Figma and AI-based design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience:
- Experience conducting user research and discovery workshops.
- Experience defining personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
- Experience leading prototyping and usability testing efforts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product and engineering., * Experience with accessibility and usability standards.
