Job description
As a member of the Integration and Test team, you will:

Lead the integration and definition of Flight Software Simulators, Emulators, and other Testbeds
-
Communicate across multiple program segments to ensure successful integration of software and hardware and stakeholder alignments
-
Perform high-level system integration and test planning to ensure mission requirements and deliverables are achieved

Execute system-level tests to verify and/or validate requirements
-
Perform risk-reduction tests to drive discovery of issues as early as possible

Perform systems/hardware problem investigations, risk reduction planning, systems integration, test
Requirements

The successful candidate must also have ability to successfully collaborate with groups of engineering personnel, and be creative and dedicated to anticipating problems and issues before they happen in order to mitigate them and maintain schedule

Current or Active Top Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

A successful candidate will typically possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of related professional work experience

This role does not support teleworking and the selected candidate MUST be able to work onsite at our Littleton, CO campus., * Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT), with a strong understanding of the full system development lifecycle across both hardware and software domains.

Proven ability to plan and execute system-level testing for complex, multi-segment systems, with a clear understanding of subsystem interdependencies and end-to-end performance.

Hands-on experience integrating diverse subsystems and components to achieve defined system requirements and operational objectives.

Current/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills:
-
Familiarity with the design and development of Flight Software Simulators and Testbeds

Experience planning AND executing system-level tests on a complex multi-segment system including external segment providers
-
Demonstrated experience interacting with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
-
Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority

Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
-
Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program

Prior SAP access Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret, Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
