Purchasing Coordinator (Procurement / SAP)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support day-to-day procurement and sourcing activities. This role involves working closely with suppliers and internal teams while managing purchasing data, resolving system issues, and supporting sourcing initiatives.

• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements
• Troubleshoot Procure-to-Pay (P2P) issues, including discrepancies between procurement and Accounts Payable
• Maintain vendor master data, pricing agreements, and contracts in SAP (or ERP systems)
• Assist with supplier negotiations related to pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
• Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance) to support purchasing requirements
• Support system updates, pricing uploads, and procurement-related projects
• Participate in sourcing initiatives and supplier selection processes

Do you have experience in Analytics?, * 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain

• Hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems (strongly preferred)
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
• Experience with RFQ/RFI processes and supplier coordination
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with purchasing data
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting system implementations or pricing updates
• Exposure to accounts payable or invoice reconciliation
• Knowledge of sourcing or contract management processes
