System Engineer (Cloud and Infrastructure)

• We are seeking a System Engineer with expertise in cloud and infrastructure to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise systems.
• The ideal candidate will manage cloud environments, monitor system performance, ensure security and availability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support and expand infrastructure environments.
• Coordinate server configuration and administration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement server and software upgrades.
• Monitor systems and applications to ensure security, availability, and performance.
• Evaluate network performance and implement improvements including configuration, testing, and policy definition.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues and escalate when required.
• Perform system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain relationships in a collaborative environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, cost efficiency, and system reliability.
• Create and manage DevOps projects, repositories, and pipelines.
• Configure and manage DevOps organizational settings.
• Support the design, deployment, and hosting of application solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Experience with IIS administration.
• Knowledge of network communications including TCP/IP and DNS.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms.
• Experience in infrastructure, systems operations, and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document and automate administrative tasks.

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in information systems engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting infrastructure and network environments including operations, maintenance, and administration.
• Experience working with middleware technologies and automation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.

Should Have:

• Experience with additional cloud platforms.
• Experience with API management and automation tools.
• Experience with Linux systems and administration.
