Job description

As Quality Sound's Systems Applications Specialist, you are the bridge between the technology we install and the people who use it. You own the full client engagement lifecycle -- from pre-sale workflow assessment through implementation, end-user training, and ongoing post-installation support -- across the nurse call and critical communications markets. You will also lead the development and ongoing maintenance of our client-facing digital training library, ensuring every client has the resources to get the most out of their system., System Implementation & Workflow Support

· Serve as the on-site and remote subject matter expert for all Quality Sound systems across the nurse call and critical systems markets

· Lead system acceptance testing, end-user training, and go-live support for all implementations, adapting your approach to the client's operational environment

· Conduct workflow assessments with client stakeholders to surface gaps and opportunities for system optimization

· Provide post-installation support -- follow-up visits, refresher training, and ongoing education -- to ensure long-term client success

Training & Education Delivery

· Design and deliver tailored end-user training programs for mixed audiences at all levels -- end users, administrators, IT staff, facilities teams, and leadership

· Lead group sessions, one-on-one instruction, and train-the-trainer programs as each engagement requires

· Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and completion documentation for all accounts

Digital Asset Development & Maintenance

· Build and maintain a client-facing digital training library: instructional videos, quick-reference guides, workflow diagrams, slide decks, and e-learning content

· Keep all assets current with active system configurations and software versions through consistent version control

· Develop system-specific documentation packages for new implementations in collaboration with Sales and Operations

· Build an internal library of reusable templates that scale to new systems and markets as our portfolio grows

Account Management & Client Relations

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across all assigned accounts and market sectors

· Proactively engage clients post-installation to assess satisfaction, surface retraining needs, and identify expansion opportunities

· Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all training and workflow needs throughout the client relationship

Internal Collaboration

· Coordinate with Operations, Service, and Sales on project handoffs and training timelines to ensure a consistent client experience

· Bring field insight -- client feedback, workflow findings, and system observations -- back to internal teams

· Support Sales with systems and workflow expertise during pre-sale demonstrations and proposals

· Contribute to internal knowledge resources as new systems and markets are added to our portfolio

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, · 2+ years of experience in a field application, technical training, or implementation support role

· Demonstrated ability to independently produce client-facing training materials and workflow documentation

· Comfortable presenting to and training mixed audiences -- end users, clinical staff, administrators, IT staff, and leadership

· Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record; local and regional travel required

Preferred

· Experience with digital content creation tools (video recording/editing, screen capture, or instructional design platforms)

· Familiarity with low voltage systems (nurse call, critical communications, fire alarm, A/V, or similar)

· Clinical certification or licensure (e.g., RN) for candidates primarily supporting healthcare implementations

Work Environment:

· Office environment, temperature-controlled

· Work Location: Northern California, with visits to client sites

· Physical demands: Repetitive movement of hands and fingers, ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
