Job description
The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes during the first year in the position:

Formally track all tasks, to include assigned by, suspense, status, and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.

Develop digital continuity folders and files that include standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists to accomplish all tasks.

Create 2-3 products beyond the client's requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.

Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days.
Responsibilities:
The Program Security Manager for CDMO shall advise and collaborate with the CDM Security Office within the NCR on all security matters in support of SAPs. The Program Security Manager ensures compliance with all applicable policies and procedures outlined in DoDM 5205.07 volumes 1-4 and other Air Force policies and procedures, as necessary. The Program Security Manager performs on Task 1.3.10.9 to include the following tasks:

Develop, maintain, and annually review all program-specific security guidance.

Administer all physical security requirements for the program in cooperation with the host or contracted facility security personnel.

Manage all personnel security requirements for personnel assigned to or that have access to program information.

Participate in Program Reviews and assist the Government PM with preparation of scheduled Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPCO) reports.

Ensure work is consistently planned and prioritized in support of the CDM Security office, SSOs, Program Security Officers (PSOs), and the organization's mission.

Provide clear and concise physical security guidance to CDM Security Lead on matters dealing with SAPFs.

Develop, implement, monitor, and enforce the CDM Security Operating Procedures that are required for SAPFs (RR #45).

Process all Program Access Requests for CDM programs, as appropriate, and track all indoctrinations.

Manage appropriate records of completed annual program security refresher training, random searches, combination changes, receipts, and external facilities locations, accreditations, inspections/staff assistance visits, and close-out information based on the program security office requirements.

Develop SCG for programs that are unique to CDM.

Review and recommend materials for classification, downgrading, declassification, and public release of information. Reviews program briefs to ensure classification is compliant with DoD/practices, OIs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer service?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Education: MA/MS (or BA/BS plus 4 additional years of related work experience), The candidate must have the following qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years of experience performing work related to the security functional area within DoD, military and/or federal agencies.

Minimum of ten (10) years' experience controlling and managing personnel security requirements on DoD classified programs.

Experience providing expertise to ensure that DoD security requirements and classification guidance specifics are properly implemented.

Familiarity with DoD Physical and Industrial Security policies and procedures.
-
Ability to work independently.

Experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP).
-
Good verbal and written communications skills.

Good customer service skills

Department of Defense (DoD) Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC). Within 2 years of requirement if currently in the position, or within 2 years from date of hire.

Special Program Security Credential (SPSC) - within 1 year of completion of SFPC., * Highly motivated self-starters
