Job description
We are seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across our staff, ministries, and campus operations. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced engineer who thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes ownership of the end-user experience from device provisioning through day-to-day support. What You'll Do
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Resolve incidents and service requests, performing proactive troubleshooting to prevent recurring issues.
- Set up new hire workstations, configure user profiles, and deploy applications per onboarding requirements.
- Install, upgrade, and repair end-user equipment, including non-warranty replacements and vendor coordination for in-warranty failures.
- Build, maintain, and deploy Microsoft Intune policies, configuration profiles, and application packages.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Adobe products, and other line-of-business software.
- Manage Active Directory and Entra ID tasks: user profiles, password resets, account unlocks, group memberships, and GPO/DNS support.
- Configure and maintain printers, print queues, and shared peripherals.
- Provide support for conferencing and collaboration technology, including digital displays, VoIP/desk phones, webcams, and audio/video equipment.
- Assist users with network connectivity (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), print, and file services.
- Track and document all work in our ITSM/ticketing platform; contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs.
- Partner with internal and external technical teams to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3-5 years of EUC support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager): policy creation, app deployment, compliance, and Autopilot.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration; working knowledge of macOS.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID, including GPO and DNS.
- Experience with Windows imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with browser technologies (Edge, Chrome) and basic networking/proxy concepts.
- Working knowledge of Change, Incident, Problem, and Configuration Management practices (ITIL-aligned).
- Experience with asset and inventory management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working directly with users at all levels.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) preferred.
