Lead Java Full Stack Developer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Build and enhance robust backend services and REST APIs.
• Contribute to frontend development for responsive and maintainable user interfaces.
• Provide deep technical support and engineering expertise for OpenSearch, Solr, and Coherence platforms.
• Manage and optimize NoSQL and distributed data solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and drive root cause analysis for complex production problems.
• Develop solutions using Apache Spark, Kafka, and enterprise caches such as Coherence, Apache Ignite, or Redis.
• Integrate applications with cloud SDKs including AWS SDK and Azure SDK.
• Operate effectively in Linux environments for deployment, debugging, and support.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the team toward high-quality technical delivery.
• Promote a strong engineering culture focused on first-time-right execution and zero defects in production.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery.
