IT Project Manager(PMP-Certified )

• Proven experience managing and leading multiple large, complex IT projects for Government agencies in a Project Manager capacity. Projects include budgets exceeding $500K, durations over 12 months, multiple funding sources (Federal and grants), third-party vendor coordination, external stakeholder management, multi-tier team structures, and deployments across geographically dispersed users.
• Extensive experience developing and executing comprehensive project management plans, including Charter, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Communication, Change, Risk, Issue, and Resource Management, across the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Strong expertise in developing and managing detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, including baseline tracking, variance analysis, and progress reporting. Skilled in applying Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and delivering status updates to IT and client leadership.
• Experienced in creating and managing detailed Scope Documents, overseeing deliverable reviews, leading acceptance processes, and effectively managing change requests through structured scope and deliverable control processes.
• Solid background in quality management, including quality planning, assurance, control, end-to-end system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, metrics reporting, and governance.
• Hands-on experience managing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementations and in-house application development projects following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
