Job description
- Job Posting: ServiceNow Agile Product Owner Role overview.
- We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Agile Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of ServiceNow capabilities that improve employee and customer experiences.
- You will partner with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate business needs into well-defined user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure value is delivered iteratively using Agile best practices., * Own the product vision, strategy, and prioritized backlog for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management based on organizational needs.
- Lead discovery with stakeholders to define outcomes, success measures, and MVP scope.
- Provide administration support for the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management platform in an on-premises environment.
- Support the implementation efforts of the ServiceNow IRM platform in conjunction with implementation partners.
- Write clear epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria refine the backlog to keep work "ready" for delivery.
- Prioritize using business value, risk, dependencies, and capacity; manage tradeoffs and communicate decisions.
- Partner with Scrum Master and delivery team to support sprint planning, daily execution, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies (platform, security, data, integrations, release management) to enable smooth delivery.
- Validate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria support UAT planning and business readiness.
- Monitor product health and adoption using KPIs (e.g., cycle time, SLA attainment, deflection, CSAT/NPS, platform performance).
- Ensure solutions align with platform standards, governance, and ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements
- Required qualifications 3+ years of Product Owner (or similar) experience delivering software products in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (administration, configuration, or product delivery).
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage a product backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align diverse priorities to measurable outcomes.
- Working knowledge of IT service management and/or enterprise workflow automation concepts.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations, data flows, and platform constraints.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate between business needs and technical implementation.
Preferred qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, CIS in relevant module, CAD).
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IRM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Workflow Data Fabric, or Flow Designer.
- Experience with enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Workflow Data Fabric, MID Server) and identity/access concepts.
- Familiarity with reporting and performance analytics; ability to define and track product KPIs.
- Background in ITIL practices, Lean product management, or scaled delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
- Experience working in regulated environments with security, privacy, or audit requirements.
