Job description

Grow your career as an Angular Developer with an innovative global bank in Irving, TX. Contract role with strong possibility of extension and/or conversion. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Focuses on delivering modern, intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and platform teams. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise?grade Angular applications

  • Build reusable, modular, and performant UI components, services, and modules
  • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate Figma designs into high?quality, accessible user interfaces
  • Utilize AI?assisted tools (e.g., design?to?code, UX generation, prototyping accelerators) to improve UI iteration speed and consistency
  • Integrate front?end components with RESTful APIs
  • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross?browser compatibility
  • Apply best practices for state management, security, accessibility, and error handling
  • Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and Agile ceremonies
  • Adhere to Citi's secure coding standards, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  • Support releases and troubleshoot front?end issues in production environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-7 years of front?end or web development experience
  • Strong expertise in Angular (v10+)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
  • Experience working with Figma or similar design tools
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Understanding of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows)
  • Collaboration experience with globally distributed engineering and design teams
