Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Dynamics CRM and associated Power Platform technical solutions, including strong experience with Power Automate (Banking / Financial Services domain). Hands-on experience with customization of Dynamics CRM tables and UI using no-code / low-code approaches. Hands-on experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, Dynamics 365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate Flows; database platforms including SQL. Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, XrmToolBox, and Dynamics 365 CE Web API. Hands-on experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or another engineering or technical discipline. Here are the examples around customizations in dynamics. Design, build, and support custom Dataverse tables, Power Apps, forms, dashboards, and views. Develop and support nocode/lowcode solutions using Power Automate. Build and maintain custom integrations with mainframe systems using standard APIs. Enhance and support robust exception handling in Power Automate/Dynamics CRM to ensure smooth business operations.
