Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This role blends hands-on engineering with stakeholder engagement. You will design and implement new network solutions, develop standardized templates and policies, and lead refresh/re-architecture work across multiple locations. Day-to-day includes partnering with customer teams and core engineering to integrate designs, harden security posture, and drive performance improvements. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, author change plans, and ensure clean documentation and repeatable patterns. The role is high-visibility and customer-facing, so clarity in communication, confidence in technical decisions, and a bias for action are essential.
