Job description
Own the product vision and backlog. Ensure the team delivers high value features aligned with business goals., * Vision & Strategy
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Convert business goals into product features
- Backlog Management
- Create and manage backlog
- Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Prioritize work for maximum value
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as bridge between business and tech teams
- Gather requirements and feedback
- Run demos, reviews, and roadmap discussions
- Agile Delivery
- Work with Scrum team to deliver increments on time
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Validate features meet requirements and quality
- Data & Insights
- Use market, customer, and performance data
- Drive decisions and identify improvements
Requirements
- 4-5 yrs experience (PO / BA or similar)
- Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum/Kanban)
- Tools: Jira, ADO, Confluence, Trello
- Good communication, analysis, stakeholder management
- Able to convert business needs into technical tasks
Desired:
- Certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe)
- Experience with Agile teams, UX basics, product lifecycle
