Job description

  • Lead the planning and execution of software releases across various environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Coordinate with vendors to align telehealth and SaaS platform updates with existing systems.
  • Drive decision-making processes for release readiness and conduct thorough post-release evaluations.
  • Ensure all releases comply with HIPAA and security standards, managing risks to patient data and care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance release processes and improve key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in release management, DevOps, or IT service management within regulated environments.
  • Expertise in coordinating releases for vendor-supported SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
  • Experience in handling sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL release and change management practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with telehealth or digital health platforms.
  • Knowledge of EHR integrations such as HL7 and FHIR.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
  • ITIL certification or experience in SRE/incident management.
