Requirements
For our direct client, a prestigious global firm, we are seeking a highly capable Senior Software Engineer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenging technical problems across the full software lifecycle. this is a long-term (12 mo +) contract position which can be done remotely in the US on East Coast hours. There is potential for contract-to-hire long-term if mutually desired, but no visa sponsorship is available for the conversion to full-time. But contract-only is OK as well.
This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical fundamentals, broad hands-on experience, and the ability to adapt quickly as technologies, platforms, and business needs evolve. More important than expertise in any single tool is the ability to think architecturally, build scalable solutions, and apply sound engineering principles across systems and teams., * Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions
- Deep, practical integration of AI into the development workflow (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Github, Agents, RAG).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, application architecture, and integration patterns
- Experience with modern engineering practices including testing, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms
- Ability to work across multiple technologies and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
