Job description
Lead the cybersecurity program and align activities with company security and compliance posture
Manage threat and vulnerability assessments across operational technology and information technology environments
Develop scalable security operations and implement security controls
Oversee compliance and posture management, including certifications and attestation processes
Establish a Third-Party Cyber Risk Management program to mitigate vendor risks
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation plans
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, or EC-Council
Hands-on expertise in at least two technical areas related to cybersecurity
Proficient in using Python or Rust for automating security workflows and measuring performance
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
How to Stand Out ( Qualifications):
Experience in senior or lead roles such as Principal Cybersecurity Engineer or Cybersecurity Architect
Background in coding environments related to energy trading or financial trading sectors
Understanding of energy markets and renewable energy portfolios, including PJM, ERCOT, and others
