Job description

The Solution Architect / Product Specialist - Security supports SEs, Customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) by providing technical expertise for Concentric AI's data security governance platform. This role focuses on customer onboarding, solution architecture, value realization, and technical troubleshooting. They act as a bridge between customers and Product/Engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, customer outcomes and deeper product feedback., * Advise customers on building their data security program, AI data security strategy

  • Assist customers with rollout of the Concentric AI data security governance platform and communicating the value created by the platform
  • Diagnose customer issues to determine product gaps vs. bugs
  • Perform basic application and network troubleshooting
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts to customers and internal teams
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in security and a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong understanding of security fundamentals (data security, cloud, networking)
  • Experience supporting SaaS or security products during deployment and solution development
  • Ability to act as a thought partner to customers in developing their data security program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze issues, and work cross-functionally
