Minimum of 5 years of related Configuration Management (CM) experience in a Product Data Management (PDM) environment, which includes implementing Configuration Management principles, processes, and training. This encompasses configuration control, identification, data management (library/repository), product release and delivery, and configuration audits.

Expertise in developing and implementing Configuration Management principles, processes, and training, covering configuration control, identification, data management (library/repository), product release and delivery, and configuration audits.

Familiarity with change management involving a defined product breakdown structure with parent-child relationships in a CM tool environment.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Proven experience working in a collaborative team setting, necessitating frequent multi-level communication (both verbal and written) with engineering, program management, and external stakeholders. This also involves writing technical documentation and developing and facilitating technical presentations.

Previous experience operating effectively both within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated willingness to guide individuals through change management steps promptly and effectively.

Tuition reimbursement program, The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
