Job description
Serve as a key support partner to a senior advisor in managing high-net-worth client relationships
Independently manage and resolve client service requests with accuracy and urgency
Prepare, coordinate, and support client and prospect meetings, including pre-meeting data gathering and post-meeting documentation
Maintain and update CRM and portfolio accounting systems with a high level of accuracy
Oversee account administration including onboarding, maintenance, and complex paperwork processing
Support quarterly client reporting and performance review preparation
Execute and monitor investment and portfolio operations, including:
Portfolio rebalancing and cash flow management
Systematic investment programs (dollar-cost averaging)
Tax-loss harvesting strategies
Required minimum distributions (RMDs)
Trust distribution calculations and reporting
Charitable gifting and complex transfer requests
Requirements
5+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or private client services preferred
Strong understanding of portfolio management, investment operations, and advisory compliance workflows
Series 65 or Series 7 license preferred (or equivalent demonstrated industry expertise)
Proven experience with custodial platforms, portfolio accounting systems, and CRM software (Tamarac strongly preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in high-volume environments
Ability to work independently while supporting a senior advisor relationship
Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) to join our team in a replacement role due to retirement . This is a career-level opportunity for an experienced wealth management professional who can operate with a high degree of independence, precision, and client responsibility within a sophisticated advisory environment.
This role is best suited for a professional who is already established in investment advisory or wealth management operations and is seeking a long-term position with a stable, client-focused firm., $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience
