Job description
The Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) team is seeking two experienced Training Associates (L&D Admins) to support learning operations across Central Function business areas.
These roles will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of learning administration, Learning Plan management, and coordination between internal Learning Strategists and external partners., Learning Plan Management
- Create, update, and maintain Learning Plans within LMS
- Assign curricula, courses, and training activities
- Track completion and compliance; escalate issues when needed
- Perform audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Day-to-Day LMS Operations
- Process enrollments, completions, waivers, and extensions
- Respond to learner and manager queries
- Generate standard and ad hoc LMS reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Support scheduling and coordination of training sessions
Administrative Support
- Manage shared files, folders, and team resources
- Assist with communication materials for training programs
- Perform data entry, cleanup, and system maintenance
- Support centralized L&D administrative activities
Requirements
Candidates must have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors clearly mentioned on their resume. This is a mandatory requirement, and candidates will be evaluated on this during interviews., * 2+ years of experience in learning administration or L&D operations
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Mandatory)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
