Systems & Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and enterprise software
• Manage backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity

Network Administration

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Implement and manage VLAN configurations for traffic segmentation and security
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues

CCTV & Surveillance Systems

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and recording systems
• Monitor and manage video storage, ensuring secure and accessible footage

End-User & Device Management

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
• Configure and manage mobile devices (cellphones, tablets)
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and workstations
• Train employees on systems and security best practices

Software & Licensing

• Manage software installations, updates, and software memberships/licenses
• Maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware & software)

Do you have experience in Operating systems?, We're looking for a bilingual highly skilled and hands-on IT to manage, maintain, and optimize our technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across systems, networking, security, and end-user support-plus a proactive mindset for continuous improvement., * Experience in system administration and network management
