Database Coordinator

Rejoice Fertility is seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Database Coordinator to join our team and support our organization's data management and relationship-building efforts. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, organization, and security of our embryo adoption database, ensuring accurate data collection and entry with effective utilization across departments. You must be patient/client oriented as we work with a network of affiliates, embryo donors, and embryo recipients to facilitate the matching of the donated embryos with families who want them, which adds a whole other complexity level to this position., * Cultivate relationships with donors, recipients, and affiliates through effective communication strategies and personalized outreach

• Data entry and database management with crucial accuracy

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Tech-savvy with database softwares, computers MAC and PC

• Exceptional relationship management skills to engage diverse stakeholders including donors, recipients, and affiliates
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Confident, flexibile, adaptable, quick on your feet, intuitive problem solver, with excellent attention to detail
• Nursing or social services background very helpful
