Job description
CoWorx is seeking a dedicated Operational Change and Implementation Specialist in the Hudson, NH area! This specialist will support the rollout of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system within the ESB division. This role is critical to ensure a smooth transition on the shop floor, from training and adoption to post-launch process adherence. The position is designed as a 12-month engagement, with a focus on operational readiness, change management, and workflow optimization., * Assist in the creation of localized training plans tailored to shop floor operations and ERP functionality.
- Lead the execution of training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user preparedness.
- Evaluate the impact of ERP-driven changes on shop floor flow and performance, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Post-launch support production supervisors in tracking workflow adherence and identifying deviations from expected processes.
- Support daily shop floor transactions and corrections during UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare Run and troubleshoot job movements, job issues/receipts, production reporting, and inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with teams to realign current roles and responsibilities to meet the operational demands of the new ERP system.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and frontline operations, ensuring clear communication and practical implementation of system changes.
- Provide feedback to the ERP project team on adoption challenges, user sentiment, and process gaps.
- This position requires the use of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
Requirements

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent)
- Strong background in operational change management, training development, and process evaluation
- Familiarity with manufacturing or shop floor environments is highly preferred
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach to change and implementation
- Empathetic communicator who can translate system changes into operation
