Job description
We are looking for an experienced Cardiology IT Project Manager / Systems Analyst to oversee the design, implementation, and support of clinical technology systems within our Cardiology department. This is a hands-on technical role that also requires strong project management and communication skills - you'll work independently, lead multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a key resource for both IT staff and clinical end users.
Please note: This is a fully onsite permanent position. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage systems development, enhancement, and maintenance projects within Cardiology IT
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and prevent problems
- Design, configure, and install new programs and enhancements to existing systems
- Develop test plans, conduct unit and system testing, and verify technology solutions
- Build and maintain project plans, scope documents, and technical documentation
- Coordinate application development and migrations across multiple teams
- Train clinical end users on equipment and software
- Provide Tier 3 application support, including on-call rotation coverage
- Interface with key user committees and work groups to identify new project requirements
- Research and design interfaces between systems to support clinical and business needs
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a related IT role, with at least 3-5 years in clinical IT
- Knowledge of operating systems and databases: Microsoft Windows, UNIX, Oracle, SQL
- Familiarity with programming languages: C++, Java, HTML, Python, or similar
- Knowledge of health and imaging protocols: HL7, DICOM, Epic, * Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Cardiology IT applications: Syngo Dynamics, MUSE, ISCV
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking environments
- Experience with Cardiology-specific AI applications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
