AI Solutions Developer

To strengthen our Data Insights team, we are looking for an AI Solutions Developer to build practical, business-oriented AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Your work will directly support employees by improving workflows and enabling smarter processes across the organization.

Your Role

As part of a cross-functional team, you will design and implement internal AI agents that create measurable value for our business. You will work on a prioritized backlog and transform business needs into effective, user-friendly solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve internal AI agents using Copilot Studio
• Translate business requirements into practical, workflow-driven AI solutions
• Configure topics, knowledge sources, prompts, connectors, and agent flows
• Support the implementation and optimization of AI-enabled business processes
• Maintain and enhance solutions based on user feedback and evolving needs
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and project managers
• Contribute to automation and integration initiatives across systems
• Provide practical input on feasibility and best implementation approaches, You will be part of the Data Insights team and collaborate with:
• a Power Apps developer
• a Data Scientist (Power BI, Fabric, Power Automate)
• a Project Manager

You will act as the hands-on builder, supported by a team that provides guidance on prioritization, process design, testing, and rollout.

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or comparable conversational/AI tools
• Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
• Structured, solution-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset
• Passion for building practical, scalable, and user-centric applications
• Team player with a collaborative working style

Language skills:

• Fluent English (company language)
• German (strongly preferred for local collaboration)

Nice to have

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (beyond Copilot Studio)
• Knowledge of Power Automate, integrations, or workflow automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments
• Interest in growing into a broader AI solutions or architecture role
