CRM Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you design end-to-end solution architectures for complex business and IT challenges in a B2B context. You translate business needs into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions, ensuring seamless integration across applications and platforms., * Design and document solution architectures for complex, integrated systems

• Perform high-level impact analyses and define solution options
• Align with business and technical stakeholders, adapting communication to the audience
• Provide insight into complexity, cost and feasibility; challenge requirements and propose alternatives
• Contribute to application modernization and rationalization
• Enforce architectural guardrails and promote enterprise architecture thinking

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Analytical, autonomous and result-oriented
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in large-scale transformation programs
• Experience with complex application landscapes
• CRM domain experience (e.g. Salesforce)
• Documentation using Confluence and LeanIX
• Collaboration with offshore teams
