Frontend-Focused Developer (TypeScript / React / UX/UI)

This is a full-time payroll position for a skilled Full Stack Developer who thrives in product-focused environments. You will play a key role in developing, scaling, and optimising our new platform, working closely with product, design, and leadership teams.

You'll contribute across the entire stack, influence technical decisions, and help us build a secure, scalable, and high-performing system from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing scalable web applications using TypeScript and React
• Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
• Developing intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces
• Working on and developing the UX/UI for Europe wide scalability
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Contributing to architecture decisions and technical strategy
• Optimising performance, reliability, and security
• Supporting CI/CD and deployment processes

• 2+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Experience with UX/UI strategy and design
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Bonus:

• Experience with Node.js, Nest or Express
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience working on product platforms or SaaS applications
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Interest in sustainability, green technology, or proptech
