Job description
We are seeking an experienced AI Change Management Consultant to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and transformation for our clients. In this role, you will combine deep change leadership, strategic advisory, and hands-on delivery to help organizations successfully embed AI technologies, data-driven ways of working, and intelligent automation into their core business.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and business teams to ensure that AI-driven change is sustainable, ethical, and delivers measurable business impact across people, processes, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-scale AI transformation and adoption programs, from strategy to implementation
Design and execute AI-specific change management strategies, including stakeholder alignment, communications, training, and capability building
Advise executive stakeholders on AI readiness, digital maturity, target operating models, and AI roadmaps
Translate AI and data capabilities into clear business value cases and adoption strategies
Guide multidisciplinary teams across data, technology, and business functions to ensure successful AI integration
Establish governance models for responsible, ethical, and compliant AI adoption
Measure and optimize AI adoption, value realization, and behavioral change outcomes
Contribute to business development through thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship building

Required technical and professional expertise
- Proven experience as AI change management consultant & advanced digital transformation initiatives and organizational development in complex organizations
Requirements
Strong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, CCMP) applied to technology-driven change
Ability to influence and advise senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams
Strong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation) and their business implications
Experience driving organizational adoption of data- and AI-driven ways of working
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-native AI services, and MLOps concepts
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks
Experience with large-scale technology implementations (ERP, CRM, data platforms)
Coaching or certification in change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP)
Familiarity with AI governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
Experience working in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector)
Additional language skills (e.g., French, German or Italian)
