Site Security & Automation Manager

You will be responsible for information security at the Toblerone factory in Bern as a competent and experienced contact person and lead a team of engineers.

Your contribution?

You will assess information security risks in accordance with internal policies and external best practices and support the security of information and IT resources by testing security systems and applying security standards, policies and procedures. Under the direction of the Head of Global Information Security, you will implement IT security technology standards and provide support in day-to-day operations. You will ensure compliance with these standards in collaboration with internal and external partners. You will also conduct information security training for the relevant teams. Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Operational Technology (OT) server administration and hosting
• Network administration in the OT environment
• Responsibility for security in the OT network
• Responsibility for updates of all relevant OT systems
• Responsibility for backup concepts and backup execution
• Ensuring compliance with compliance, security and operational requirements in the OT area
• Personnel management & development of the automation team at the Bern production site
• Team management in the interface between maintenance, production and project topics
• Project management (including concept/specification development, stakeholder management, commissioning (FAT/SAT), budget responsibility)

• Training/studies in information security/IT, automation technology or electrical engineering
• Fluent knowledge of German and English
• System affinity and IT knowledge / professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in the industrial automation sector (e.g. in Siemens, Schneider or Rockwell environments)
• Effective communication with technical specialists, managers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
