As a (Senior) Systems Engineer specializing in Remote Access, you'll play a key role in advancing our industry-leading Client VPN and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions. These services enable customers to securely and seamlessly connect to their corporate networks-no matter where they are in the world.

You'll be involved in projects from the ground up-starting with conceptual design, through implementation and deployment, and into ongoing operations and optimization. Your expertise will directly influence the evolution of our solutions, which are deployed in thousands of customer environments worldwide.

  • Innovate at Scale: Integrate and enhance OEM software within our Open Systems SASE platform, supporting 10,000+ deployments across on-premises environments, public cloud platforms, and our own Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure.

  • Collaborate & Improve: Develop a deep understanding of OEM software and work closely with vendors to enhance functionality, performance, and reliability.

  • Own the Service: Design and build end-to-end service capabilities around this software, including deployment automation, configuration management, tooling, and monitoring. You'll take full ownership and make a tangible impact on how our customers experience secure access.

  • Document & Educate: Create comprehensive operational documentation and educational materials to ensure smooth deployment and long-term success.

Why Join Us?

  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Build and evolve next-gen ZTNA solutions, across on-prem Linux systems and cloud-based Kubernetes environments, helping shape the future of secure connectivity.

  • Global Impact: Your work will directly support thousands of customers worldwide, enabling secure work from anywhere.

  • Career Growth: Become a certified Mission Control Engineer, deepening your expertise in networking and security while gaining access to global training and certification opportunities.

  • Adventure Awaits: As part of your role, you'll have the opportunity to visit our Network Operations Center in Honolulu, Hawaii for a three-month rotation-experience the Aloha spirit while advancing your career.
