Job description

Development, further Development, and management of a standardized IT PMO Framework

  • Planning and Management of the IT Project Portfolio from initiation into operation

  • Responsibility for Transformation and Process Optimization Projects in close Collaboration with ICT, Finance, HR and Operational Units, identifying opportunities to automate PMO processes using RPA, workflow tools, AI, etc

  • Oversee the integration of AI-Tools into PMO systems and promote data literacy and AI adoption across the PMO and project teams

  • Participate and optimize further development of the ERP landscape

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, Completed degree in Information Systems, (business) informatics, project management or a comparable field, along with several years of professional experience in relevant areas

  • Good knowledge of project management methods, certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable

  • Knowledge of RPA platforms (ie. Power Automate), low-code tools, and data analytics platforms

  • Strong competencies in data analytics and experience in business process improvement

  • Excellent English language skills and strong abilities in stakeholder management
