Job description
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of digital solutions within our global organization. The person in this role will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of digital products, from design to implementation, optimizing business value and user satisfaction.
The role aims to enhance user experience, increase operational efficiency, and support scalable business growth through digital channels.
Job Description
Define and maintain the digital product vision aligned with business priorities

Identify opportunities for digitalization of processes and user journeys

Build and manage a value-driven product roadmap

Develop business cases and define key performance indicators (adoption rate, cost reduction, productivity, contribution to revenue)

Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

Ensure strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational impact

Lead agile development cycles in collaboration with technical delivery teams

Translate business needs into clear product requirements, define test strategy and scope and contribute to testing activities.

Ensure integration with enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, CRM, IoT, data analytics environments)

Act as key interface between "Climate Solutions Europe" service teams, countries and digital functions

Support deployment, communication and adoption of new solutions. More specifically, lead the rollout of new functionalities and train local teams in countries

Contribute to service transformation initiatives

Design seamless omnichannel self-service journeys

Capture user feedback and data insights to refine product strategy
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP CRM?, Do you have a Master's degree?, 5-10+ years in digital product management, service digitalization or customer platform leadership

Experience in B2B service environments or industrial/service operations is a strong advantage

Proven track record delivering customer-facing digital solutions

Strong business and service process understanding

Agile product management and stakeholder leadership

Data-driven mindset

Exposure to AI, automation or connected services is a plus

Ability to operate in an international matrix organization

Master's degree in business, engineering, digital or equivalent

English C1
-
German and/or French is a plus
