Job description

  • Supporting the incubation team in daily activities related to idea generation, opportunity mapping, customer discovery, value chain mapping and new business generation
  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops, events, and training sessions for participating startup
  • Supporting the management of projects within the incubation program to ensure timely achievement of milestones and goal
  • Maintaining and analyzing project information using Agile tools like Miro, Airtable, Jira/Confluence (desirable), as well as Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Word

Requirements

Do you have experience in Research?, * Enrolled student in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, UX design, or a similar program

  • Strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collect and structure information from various sources
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German language skills are a plus
  • Experience with digital tools for Agile collaboration, such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Airtable, is a plus
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or a business incubation program is an advantage
