System Administrator

• You shape digital identities: You take care of the setup and management of user accounts in Active Directory - from the first login to password resets. You ensure that all colleagues have exactly the access they need.
• You bring structure to the cloud: In our Microsoft 365 environment, you keep track of mailboxes, groups, users, and teams. You ensure that communication and collaboration run smoothly - worldwide.
• You keep an overview: With tools like Jira, you efficiently manage your tasks, prioritize support requests, and find pragmatic solutions - quickly and reliably.
• You make knowledge accessible: You document your work clearly and understandably so that your know-how benefits not just you, but the whole team.

• A qualification as a system informatics specialist with 1-2 years of professional experience
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, particularly in Windows client environments and Microsoft Office / 365.
• Basic knowledge of networks (IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience in setting up laptops and servers as well as server administrationAbility to troubleshoot, especially to identify and narrow down problems
• Experience in reading logs and performing simple troubleshooting stepsStrong communication skills, service orientation, and teamwork for efficient collaboration
• Reliability, diligence, and self-organization for a structured and solution-oriented working method
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
