of SAP HCM Consultant (Junior / Senior)

We are currently hiring one SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior level) to join a growing consulting environment supporting a diverse customer base across Germany., * Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)

• Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems
• Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding
• Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes
• Provide remote and occasional on-site support to customers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders

Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, * Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT)

• German language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%)
• Junior: 0-2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience

Nice to have:

• SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience
• Basic ABAP knowledge
• English skills
