Windows & Application (PLM) Engineer

• Administration and support of Windows Server environments and business-critical applications
• Technical management and continuous improvement of a PLM system (e.g. Aras Innovator)
• Implementation of system changes, configurations, and new features
• Troubleshooting complex application and infrastructure issues, including root cause analysis
• Close collaboration with network, virtualization, and security teams
• Ensuring system stability, availability, and performance for engineering applications
• Acting as an interface between application and infrastructure environments

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or application management
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with scripting (e.g. PowerShell) for automation and administration
• Solid understanding of application and infrastructure integration
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
• German (min. B2) and good English skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Aras Innovator, Teamcenter, Windchill)
• Basic knowledge of .NET / C#
• Experience with CAD environments
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Familiarity with ITIL processes

• Salary up to €100,000 depending on experience
