Job description
As a Systems & Processes Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development, standardization, and optimization of our operational processes within Land Transport. You will connect operational requirements with system solutions (in particular TMS), drive automation and innovation, and ensure that our processes are efficient, scalable, and future-proof - across sites in Germany and the Benelux region., * As a Systems & Processes Specialist you will act as the key user for our TMS and adjacent systems and further develop them in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
- You will analyze existing end-to-end processes and identify optimization potential to improve efficiency and service quality.
- You will design scalable target processes and implement them together with operational teams.
- You will manage system implementations and optimizations - from requirement definition and testing (UAT) to successful go-live.
- You will develop KPI structures, reporting frameworks, and data models, ensuring high data quality as a basis for informed decision-making.
- You will drive automation and integration initiatives, sustainably reducing manual effort.
- You will create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials while actively supporting change management activities.
- You will work closely with international teams (especially Benelux) and promote standardization and best practice sharing.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or process management.
- You have a strong understanding of land transport processes (planning, execution, customer service).
- You have experience working with TMS or comparable operational systems.
- You are able to translate business requirements into structured process and system solutions.
- You bring experience in system implementations, UAT, and process optimization.
- You work analytically, think in a data-driven way, and have experience in building KPIs and reporting structures.
- You are confident in using MS Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally process visualization tools such as Visio.
- You communicate fluently in German and English and convince through a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
